Municipal Planning
I offer basic municipal planning services outside of the Allegany County area for Towns & Villages that need assistance in working on Comprehensive Planning, GIS and simple Zoning Law changes. Presently I work full time with Allegany County as the County Planner. Previously I worked for the Village of Wellsville as the GIS Coordinator, taught Introduction to GIS at Houghton College and Alfred University and before that worked with Southern Tier West Regional Planning and Development Board and am quite familiar with many of their programs as well.

I was an employee for the Village of Wellsville as the GIS Coordinator. As such I have a solid background in GIS data collection, database development and map production. You may contact me if you have GIS questions and needs for your Town/Village/Agency or small business on a contractual basis. Work within Allegany County is generally included on a case by case basis as part of my regular position.
